Even if someone living there for a short period wants to subscribe a private dental insurance, the cost will be very affordable, around 10-15 euros per month: usually, a dental insurance provides some treatments for free, such as dental check-ups, cleaning, fluoridation and sometimes x-rays, while it can provide discounts of up to around 40% on treatments such as fillings, root canal work, wisdom teeth and others; every health insurance company has its network of dentists which the patient has to refer to.
